WHOSE
LIFE
ARE YOU LIVING?

Beneath every major decision are assumptions we rarely examine.
Assumptions about success.
About worth.
About who we are supposed to be.

Many intelligent, capable people spend years building lives that make perfect sense on paper.
The right degrees. The right career. The right achievements. The right milestones.

But there comes a moment when following the script is no longer enough.

Life raises questions.

Is this still what I want?
Have I chosen this life consciously?

Does my life reflect who I am today?

This isn't a sign that something is wrong. It's a sign you're awake.

And it's an invitation to question inherited expectations, reexamine long-held assumptions, and consciously choose what comes next.

Not the life you were taught to want.
Not the life others imagined for you.

The life that feels undeniably, unmistakably your own.

Because when your choices are no longer driven by obligation, expectation, or old stories, something remarkable becomes possible:

Freedom.

Most of us are living by a script we didn't write.

Throughout my career, I have been fascinated by the stories people live by.

As an educator, mentor, global professional, and coach, I have spent decades guiding people through moments of uncertainty, change, and pivotal moments of transformation. Beneath the specific challenges they faced, I noticed a common pattern:

People were often making important decisions based on assumptions they had never consciously examined.

Assumptions about achievement.
About worth.

About capability.
About what a successful life should look like.

I had done this in my own life.

Working across cultures deepened the realization that there is no universal definition of success.

What one community values, another questions. What one culture defines as success, another may not.

Many of the beliefs we hold most tightly are not universal truths. And when we find the courage to question them—that's when life gets really interesting.

That's when we are invited to consciously choose what comes next.

Questioning the script is only the beginning.

Self-inquiry often reveals that parts of our lives were built on assumptions we never fully examined.

Assumptions that once felt true.
Beliefs that no longer fit.

Then comes the harder question:

If not that, then what?

Not what others expect.
Not what culture rewards.
Not what you've always done.

What do you want to create?

That's where self-inquiry becomes self-authorship.

That's where the real work begins.

"I saw the angel in the stone and carved until I set it free."

Every life is an act of creation.

You are the scuptor and the sculpture. The painter and the canvas.

Your life is your art.

Create it with intention.

My Work Is Not About Giving Answers

It's About Helping You Ask Better Questions

The quality of your life is shaped by the quality of your questions. Better questions lead to more conscious choices. And conscious choices create lives marked by greater freedom, deeper alignment, and a stronger sense of ownership over the life you're living.

Who am I without my titles, roles, and accolades?

Which expectations are actually mine?
What am I no longer willing to sacrifice?
What am I no longer willing to tolerate?

What truth have I been avoiding?
What would I choose if I weren't trying to prove anything?
What does success mean to me now?

How do I want to spend this one wild and precious life?

I help clients explore questions that challenge inherited scripts, clarify what matters most, and support the conscious creation of a life that feels deeply and unmistakably their own.

“Don’t ask what the world needs. Ask what makes you come alive, and go do it. Because what the world needs is people who have come alive.”

Howard Thurmun

Before
We Work Together

The people who are drawn to this work are often standing at a threshold.

They've achieved much of what they once set out to achieve. Yet something is asking for a deeper conversation.

Not about achievement.

About meaning.

About what feels true now.

About how they want to live now that they're awake.

That's where our work begins.

Holly's Coaching Isn't for Everyone.

This work is for people who are willing to be radically honest with themselves.

People who are ready to question what they've always assumed was true.
People who understand that a meaningful life is not inherited or stumbled upon.

It is consciously created.

If you're looking for formulas, easy answers, or someone else to tell you what to do, this work is probably not for you.

If you're ready to examine what matters most, challenge the script you've been given, and create a life that feels unmistakably your own, we should talk.
