Many Successful People Reach This Point
You've accomplished what you set out to accomplish. You've checked all the boxes.
But now the question isn't how to achieve the next goal.
It's whether you actually want the next goal.
That's where self-authorship begins. It's the shift from living according to inherited expectations to making choices based on your own evolving values, priorities, and vision for life.

I Was Asking The Same Questions
For nearly two decades, I've walked alongside thousands of students, scholars, academics, and professionals navigating growth, transition, and change.
I've noticed a common pattern:
Many successful people are living according to criteria they never consciously chose.
I know because I was one of them.
Years ago, I had a life that looked successful from the outside, yet I reached a point where the life I had built no longer felt aligned with who I was becoming. Just as I was arriving at everything I thought I wanted, I realized I wasn't excited about where the path was leading.
I had changed, but the criteria guiding my life had not.
Through a process I now call Self-Authorship, I began questioning everything I had been told to want and intentionally redesigning my life around who I had become.
That experience became the foundation for the Self-Authorship Blueprint™, the framework that guides my work and my life today.

The Space To Think Clearly
When you're living inside your own experience, it can be difficult to distinguish what you truly want from what has been shaped by habit, expectation, or obligation. The more successful you become, the easier it is to stay on a path that seems—from the outside at least—to be working.
You don't need more advice, information, or productivity.
You need to slow down and quiet the noise enough to hear your own answers and make choices that reflect the person you've become.
As your coach, I provide a structured space free from judgment and competing agendas, that serves as the incubator for the next chapter of your life.
Ready To Quiet The Noise And Pick Up The Pen?
Let's create space to explore what comes next. Set aside 30 minutes for an initial conversation to discuss where you are, what's changing, and what working together might look like. No cost, no commitment.
Who I Work With
I work with professionals who are no longer struggling to succeed.
They're struggling to determine what success means now.
Many have achieved goals they spent years pursuing. They are respected, capable, and performing well by conventional standards.
Yet increasingly they find themselves asking:
"Do I actually want the life I'm working so hard to maintain?"
I am uniquely prepared to walk alongside those who are navigating this territory, not only because I have lived it myself, but because I have spent nearly two decades helping others navigate the liminal space of transition and growth.

Where This Work Can Lead
The specific outcomes are as unique as the people I work with. Through the process of self-authorship, many clients:
-
Make long-delayed career decisions
-
Change directions with greater confidence
-
Stop pursuing goals that no longer fit
-
Move forward on a passion project they've been putting off
-
Redesign relationships around their actual values
-
Experience a greater sense of personal freedom and agency
-
Develop a clearer definition of success
-
Rediscover long-lost interests and hobbies
-
Experience a greater sense of aliveness in their day-to-day life
The goal of this work is not to achieve a "perfect" life. It's to design a life marked by greater creativity, freedom, and personal ownership.
Holly taught me to know what matters to me, trust my passions, and use them as a compass when the path forward feels uncertain. Her ability to help people understand themselves and move forward with greater clarity is something I continue to value today. Anyone seeking a clearer sense of who they are and where they want to go will find an incredible guide in Holly.

NEW YORK
I met Holly during a transitional point in my life and connected with her instantly. Her warmth, presence, and genuine curiosity created a space where I felt comfortable being honest about where I was and what I wanted more of in life. Her guidance helped me move past the fear of failing, explore what that inner calling meant, and find genuine excitement in the unknown. I left with more confidence and trust in myself to actually follow it.

Every life is an act of creation.
You are the sculptor and the sculpture. The painter and the canvas.
Your life is your art.
Create it with intention.
